“tiny habits are forgiving; they don’t call you a failure when you miss one day.” yeah, this. finding peace in the mundane. thank you for these beautiful words 💕
Love this! At the beginning of the year I decided to make a habit of doing the dishes every night and not leave them for the next day (I know it's pretty normal for someone but to me it was a big change). And then in April I started reading my books in the morning because I wake up early anyways and I wanted my first thoughts in the morning to be something different than work. Well, at this point in my year, I couldn't be more grateful to myself for creating and really sticking to this two very little things that make me feel so safe and rooted in a quite emotional time of my life.
This is such an important reminder of the agency we do all have. It’s easy to forget when our attention is always being pulled in so many directions - but there IS always space for us to be intentional
I am in absolute delight that I came across this, read it gently in right amount of light from the sun and in the room while lying in bed after lunch and this paused me to look carefully of the things that I can actually take into practice, the five mins idea, playing with my plushies like I always arrange them in the morning. Thank you for writing this ❤️ time to make a ritual/s.
Love love love this

Beautifully written as always!
I love this! I also save screenshots and audios of messages, especially when they instantly make me smile. It’s about small things ✨

You're awesome, the way you perfectly capture running thoughts which I only know are there in somewhere but don't come up so easily
So good as always!!
How do you write so freely? I can write nearly freely only when I'm half asleep.
