I love the concept of a dopamine menu! Going to have to do more research on TikTok about this. As the weather gets cooler, it's so important to have a go-to list of things you KNOW is going to help you get out of a funk or bad day.

I actually did one before with Morning Club, an app where you met on zoom with girls and talk about ways to better ourselves. I think you have convinced me to make one for Autumn.
