The simple gifts are not hacks, but rather things that have been with us since the beginning, available to us now - thank you for sharing

thank you for being here 🤎

Ayushi I just love your wisdom. And your beautiful wry sense of humour. I smile throughout your offerings. I sent the article on to all my “soul mummas” - women who are in the thick of professional and domestic lives. And who need this reminder so very much. Our western linear, achievement orientated life is strangling so many. Unwillingly. But often feeling trapped and helpless to get off the mouse-wheel!

Thank you for your words which are so often like a breath of fresh air! And a window thrown open into another possibility! Long may you keep on writing for us! We need your soulful, down to earth, fun, and wise insights! You have a beautiful gift. Which you offer us so generously.THANK YOU. 💓And bless you Ayushi. 🕊️

Put the phone in another room! I put my phone to bed in my office every night. I try and do this a couple hours before I climb into bed myself. So far, I haven't missed an urgent message or notification. Instead, I've devoured more books, slept better, and have eliminated any reason to borrow trouble that the day no longer needs.

My kind motto this year is : pursuing the safe place for myself. And this article helps me so much for a tiny action to acknowledge and regulate my nervous system for a better living. Thank you so much!

I really liked the ideias, but may I ask why don't you use capital letters? It seems so wrong to me, so I wondered why you made this choice!

This was so spot on and lovely— sincerely, an avid bath taker and big light hater

This was such a good read, instant subscribe. Best hacks are usually simple, back to the roots, what generations before have intuitively understood

Thank you for sharing. I once accidentally went on a walk without my headphones (so it was all silence) and it was surprisingly more relaxing that way

I always forget to slow down and take a break, so posts like this are a lifesaver! 🙌 Btw, I've written a similar article on my profile if anyone wants to check it out! 🤍

I've always felt a bit intimidated by yoga classes, but I'd not heard of yin yoga before. Do you do it as an in-person class or do you have any online recommendations for a beginner please? 🙏🏼

All of these are so perfect! I recently started yin yoga and was surprised I didn’t feel bored but actually my body loved it.

Your post came to exactly when I needed it. It’s been like in the business of my life I’ve forgotten to do any of these small things

your articles don't have capital letters and there is something so calming about it. It feels like no one is asking me to be in line or sit up straight... basically feels like no one is yelling at me
