Love this list. I try to pick my kids’ clothes at night to avoid the morning struggle of finding matching socks. I often tell myself I should pick my own outfit too, but I rarely have the mental energy when the day is finally over. I’ve started putting limits in my phone. After 11pm most apps get blocked. I’m trying to reach for real books instead.

I sometimes feel that my life has to be chaotic in some aspects because, if not, I would go completely crazy. I currently have a very demanding job with loads of deadlines and I can't have the same attitude at home.
I am a happy person with a biophilic mindset, I am on the internet 4 hours a month, I don't call anyone, I don't receive emails, I am a Buddhist, I meditate on emptiness every day, I communicate face to face and with nature.
